Upon receiving your order, inspect the contents in the presence of the courier to ensure they are undamaged. If you fail to do this, and the items are damaged or missing, you may not be able to claim against the courier or our insurers, and you will be solely responsible for any such loss.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 working days. We will assist you in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement once the faulty item is returned. We will provide the return address upon contact.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order, contact us. Since each Caswell Jewellers piece is made to order, refunds are only available for faulty items. Exchanges may be possible under certain circumstances.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Delivery charges may not be refunded, and processing times for credit card companies may vary.
